2. Complete all information sections

3. Email or drop off at the CPA school office 

4. Once approved by CPA office, pick up form and take to the Bay District Schools Fingerprinting Office for completion of Fingerprint/Background check

5. Receive volunteer badge (must have with you at all school-based events in which you wish to volunteer)
